조선의 리수용 외무상이 지난 27일 유엔 연설을 통해 2015년 이후 개발 의제에 적극 기여 할 것이라고 말했다.
리수용 외무상은 연설에서 《2015년이후 개발의정》은 빈궁해소와 지속적 개발을 위한 국제사회의 산물이라고 하면서 이것이 성공하기위해서는 무엇보다 평화롭고 지속적인 개발환경이 마련되어야 한다고 강조하였다.
조선 리수용 외무상은 평화로운 분위기를 해치는 특정국가가 있다면서 이러한 나라들의 잘못된 행위를 묵인한다면 《2015년이후 개발의정》은 성공할 수 없다고 못박았다.
리 외무상은 미국이 공화국 적대시정책으로 인해 집요하게 책동하고있는 것이 그 대표적 실례라고 하면서 이러한 도전에 맞서 "우리 인민은 경애하는 김정은동지의 현명한 영도따라 전진도상에 가로놓인 적대세력들의 악랄한 제재와 모든 도전들을 과감히 이겨내며 지속적인 사회경제발전을 위한 사업에서 일찍이 있어본 적 없는 커다란 성과를 이룩했다" 역설했다..
끝으로 리수용 외무상은 "우리는 세계 여러 나라들과 평등 호혜적인 경제협조와 협력을 활발히 해나갈것이며 《2015년이후 개발의정》의 실현을 위한 국제적인 흐름에 적극 합류해나갈 것"이라는 입장을 천명했다.
한편 북은 미국이 저지른 불법활동을 고발하고 《2015년이후 개발의정》실현을 위해 평화적 노력을 다하겠다는 입장발표를 하면서 많은 나라의 공감을 얻고 있다고 일부 매체가 평가했다.

유엔창립 70돐을 맞는 시기에 광범한 유엔성원국들의 의사와 념원을 반영한 《2015년이후 개발의정》이 채택된 것은 유엔역사에서 의의 있는 일로 됩니다.
우리가 이번에 채택한 《2015년이후 개발의정》은 세계적범위에서 빈궁을 해소하고 지속적인 개발을
실현하기 위하여 국제사회가 기울여온 끊임없는 노력의 산물입니다.
지금으로부터 15년전에 채택된 《새 천년기개발목표》는 사회경제개발의 모든 분야에서 나라와 지역들 사이의 협조를 추동하는데 긍정적인 기여를 하였습니다.
인류를 빈궁으로부터 완전히 해방하고 자유롭고 평화로우며 번영하는 세계를 건설하기 위하여 가야 할 길은 아직도 멀며 이로부터 우리는 세계를 개조, 변혁하기 위한 보다 구체적인 목표들을 반영한 2030년 지속개발의정을 채택하였습니다.
빈궁의 완전한 청산과 지속적인 사회경제발전을 위한 목표들을 달성하자면 무엇보다 평화롭고 지속적인 개발환경이 마련되여야 한다고 봅니다.
일부 특정 국가들이 저들의 군사 정치적 목적을 달성하기 위하여 《제재》와 경제봉쇄로 국제문제의 평화적해결과 나라와 지역의 건전하고 지속적인 발전에 인위적인 장애를 조성하고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실입니다.
발전도상나라들의 자주적 지향에 역행하여 중세기적인 관점으로부터 감행되는 제재행위가 묵인된다면 우리가 채택한 훌륭한 개발목표를 달성할 수 없을 것입니다.
미국이 우리에 대한 체질적인 거부감과 우리의 사회주의제도를 없애기 위한 적대시정책으로부터 우리의 인민생활부문까지 질식시켜 보려고 갖은 수단을 다 동원하여 집요하게 책동하고 있는 것이 그 대표적 실레입니다.
그러나 그들이 모르고 있는 것은 우리 공화국을 반대하는 《제재》책동을 악랄하게 감행하면 할수록 그에 맞서 부강 번영하는 인민대중 중심의 사회주의국가를 더욱 굳세게 지켜나가려는 우리 인민의 의지와 정신력이 천백배로 강해지고 있다는 것입니다.
지금 우리 인민은 경애하는 김정은 동지의 현명한 영도 따라 전진도상에 가로놓인 적대세력들의 악랄한 《제재》와 모든 도전들을 과감히 이겨내며 지속적인 사회경제발전을 위한 사업에서 일찍이 있어본 적 없는 커다란 성과를 이룩하고 있습니다.
과학기술을 확고히 앞세우고 자립경제의 잠재력을 최대로 발동하여 인민들에게 보다 유족하고 문명한 생활을 마련해주려는 우리의 노력은 세계를 개조, 변혁하기 위한 지속개발의정의 실현에 응당한 기여로 될 것입니다.
우리는 세계 여러 나라들과 평등호혜적인 경제협조와 협력을 활발히 해나갈 것이며 《2015년이후 개발의정》의 실현을 위한 국제적인 흐름에 적극 합류해나갈 것입니다.

of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the
UN Summit on “Post 2015 Development Agenda”
Mr. Co-Presidents,
As we mark the 70th founding anniversary of the United Nations(UN), the adoption of the “Post 2015 Development Agenda” reflecting the will and desire of the broad-based UN member states is a meaningful event in the UN history.
The “Post 2015 Development Agenda” we adopted at this summit is a product of the strenuous efforts made by the international community to eradicate poverty and to achieve sustainable development on a worldwide scale.
The “Millennium Development Goals” adopted 15 years ago made positive contributions to promoting cooperation among countries and regions in all fields of socio-economic development.
However, we still have a long way to go to completely liberate the humankind from poverty and build a free, peaceful and prosperous world. With this in mind, we have adopted the “2030 Sustainable Development Agenda” containing more specific goals to reshape and transform the world.
In order to achieve the goals for complete eradication of poverty and sustainable socio-economic development, peaceful and durable environment for development should be provided before anything else.
As is generally know, some specific countries are creating artificial obstacles in the peaceful resolution of international problems and the sound and sustainable development of the countries and regions with “sanctions”, in their attempt to realize their military and political purposes.
If the economic sanctions imposed from the medieval viewpoint against independent aspirations of developing countries are left intact, the excellent development goals that we set will not be attained.
The typical example is the United States which persistently tries to suffocate even the sectors of our people’s life by resorting to all means, proceeding from its inveterate animosity and hostile policy to remove the socialist system of the DPRK.
However, what the United States does not know is that the more the “sanctions” maneuvers become vicious against the DPRK, the stronger in thousands fold grow the will and spirit of our people to defend more firmly the prosperous and powerful socialist state centered on the popular masses.
Under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade KIM JONG UN, our people are now making unprecedented great achievements in their endeavors for sustainable socio-economic development while resolutely overcoming the unscrupulous “sanctions” and all other challenges on the way forward.
We are striving to provide our people with more abundant and civilized life by giving high priority to the science and technology and mobilizing the potential of our self-reliant economy to the maximum.
This effort of ours will make a due contribution to realizing the Sustainable Development Agenda for reform and transformation of the world.
We will vigorously promote equal and mutually beneficial economic cooperation and collaboration with many countries of the world and actively join the international trend to translate the “Post 2015 Development Agenda” into practice.
